Kansas City Star: Preliminary Missouri school report cards are out, and they don’t look anything like they did last year. After years of providing a percentile score that conveyed how school districts ranked, this year’s uses color-coded bar graphs that measure not only how students did on state tests, but how much they improved. However, districts and charter schools must wait until November to receive their final scores, which will inform accreditation decisions.
