Columbia Daily Tribune: Annual performance reports for schools will be released Thursday, but they’ll have a different format from the one parents have seen for the past several years. Gone will be the percentage of total points earned which provided an easy-to-understand single-number score that could be compared year-to-year and among school districts and school buildings. The information will be presented in a series of columns measuring academic achievement in math and English, subgroup achievement in the two subjects, college and career readiness, advanced placement, post-secondary placement, attendance and graduation rate.
